Cancellation Policy.

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Pawzi subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect after your current billing cycle ends. You will continue to receive any deliveries that have already been paid for.
2. Notice Period
To ensure we can stop preparation of your next order, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date. If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the next delivery, the cancellation will apply to the following delivery cycle.
3. One-Time Order Cancellations
One-time (non-subscription) orders may be cancelled before they enter preparation. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel a one-time order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@pawzi.co.za.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Logging into your account dashboard and managing your subscription settings
- Emailing us at contact@pawzi.co.za with your account details and cancellation request
We will confirm your cancellation via email within 1 business day.
5. Pausing Your Subscription
Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription instead. Pausing temporarily stops deliveries without losing your customised meal plan or account settings. You can pause and resume through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
6. Refunds on Cancellation
If you cancel and are eligible for a refund on any undelivered orders, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how refunds are processed.
