1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across South Africa. Delivery availability and timeframes may vary depending on your location. We are continuously expanding our delivery coverage. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at contact@pawzi.co.za.
2. Delivery Schedule
For subscription orders, deliveries are aligned with your chosen subscription frequency (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). You will receive a notification before each scheduled delivery. One-time orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
3. Packaging & Cold Chain
Our meals are freshly prepared and frozen to lock in nutrients and freshness. All orders are packaged in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain the cold chain during transit. Please transfer your meals to the freezer promptly upon delivery to ensure optimal quality.
4. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout or in your delivery notification. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, public holidays, or logistics disruptions.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order or the delivery address is inaccessible, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be rearranged, the order may be returned. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and up to date.
