These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by PAWZI PET FOODS (PTY) LTD (Registration No. 2026/056751/07, VAT No. 9312770267), referred to as "Pawzi", "we", "us", or "our". By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Website" means the Pawzi website and any associated subdomains.
• "Products" means the fresh, customised dog food meals and any other items offered for sale on the Website.
• "Subscription" means a recurring order for Products delivered at a chosen frequency.
• "Customer" or "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Website or purchases Products.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under South African law to use our services and purchase Products.

You may create an account to manage orders and subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, and images on the Website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment provider, Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

We deliver to addresses within South Africa. Delivery schedules are aligned with your subscription frequency. For full details, please see our Delivery Policy.

Subscription orders recur automatically at your selected frequency. Your payment method will be charged before each delivery. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, subject to the notice periods outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Orders may be cancelled and refunds may be issued in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. These policies comply with the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of PAWZI PET FOODS (PTY) LTD or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
